Payment Hub
Investor capacity by buyer
Record your organization’s authorized USD invoice exposure capacity based on each buyer’s creditworthiness. This is an investor allocation, not credit granted by Settavio. Amounts use invoice face value. Bank readiness, bids and invoice approvals remain separate.
Retained allocation history
Buyer exposure and capacity
Current USD invoice balances and approved funding pipeline. Subscription bills, platform fees and bank charges are reported separately. This report does not change approvals, repayment terms, funding eligibility or payment authorizations. Capacity comes from recorded investor allocations for this buyer, based on buyer creditworthiness. Amounts use invoice face-value exposure. Recorded capacity is not a bank balance or a funding guarantee; bids and payment readiness still determine purchases.
Buyer credit review
Credit review reminders support investor decisions. They do not approve credit or change funding eligibility.

Accounting exports
Download records for the selected organization. Invoice and fee reports use record creation dates; payment reports use transfer creation dates; subscription reports use bill due dates. Date ranges use America/New_York time.
These registers show current status and test-account labels. A record not marked as a test does not establish production payment approval. Subscription bills use their recorded payment mode. Stable record IDs help identify repeat exports. Pending transfers are not settled cash. Review transfer types and avoid counting wallet movements, fees and payout records twice. These CSV files require mapping in your accounting software and do not post journal entries automatically.

Issues from your uploads appear here. Correct the original or extracted fields, run AI review again, then confirm. No correction emails are sent.
Upload supplier invoice
Your signed-in supplier account starts this transaction. Both parties must be pre-approved. Upload the original, review AI findings and confirm the invoice; a clear review automatically sends it to the buyer.

Hosted verification checks the business and its key people. Settavio retains final approval authority.

Settavio processing fees collected
Settavio receives 20% of the invoice discount applied to the supplier. The investor funds the discounted invoice amount once. This funding is split into net supplier proceeds and Settavio’s 20% share of the supplier discount. Moov processing charges are separate.
