Settavio is a technology platform and invoice marketplace. Its agentic workflows support invoice review, corrections, buyer approval, investor bidding, payment coordination and repayment visibility. Independent third-party partners execute customer money movement.
A pre-approved supplier starts by uploading an invoice through its logged-in supplier account. Both the supplier and buyer must be pre-approved before transacting.
AI reviews invoice documents and supporting information, identifies missing or inconsistent details and coordinates the next workflow steps. Where it proposes a correction, the change is highlighted for supplier confirmation. AI review does not guarantee document authenticity, buyer creditworthiness or payment.
The invoice appears in the supplier portal as “Invoice held for corrections,” with the issues and instructions for resolving them. The supplier reviews and confirms proposed changes before the invoice proceeds. Correction details remain associated with the supplier’s record.
The invoice moves to buyer approval after AI review and any required supplier corrections. The buyer confirms the invoice obligation, amount and repayment schedule before the invoice enters marketplace bidding.
The buyer confirms the repayment schedule within approved parameters. Schedules use 30-day increments up to a maximum of 180 days. Investors review those confirmed terms when deciding whether and how to bid.
Qualified investors evaluate eligible buyer-approved invoices and submit discount bids. The supplier reviews the offers and accepts an offer through the marketplace. Investor participation and funding are subject to eligibility, availability and transaction requirements.
The winning investor must fund within 24 hours. If the deadline is missed, the investor forfeits the opportunity and the next-lowest bidder is notified under marketplace rules.
Settavio’s transaction fee is 20% of the investor’s gross discount. For example, a $10,000 invoice with a 2% investor discount produces a $200 discount and a $40 Settavio fee. Supplier proceeds are $9,760 before any applicable third-party charges. Other participant fees are governed by the applicable agreement.
The buyer subscription starts at $200 per month, with an additional $100 for each additional $500,000 of buyer invoice usage, prorated under the agreement. The minimum contract term is one year, the initial fee is due at signing and automatic payment is required. The buyer agreement defines the usage measurement and billing calculation.
No. An invoice must complete the applicable review and buyer approval requirements. Funding also depends on investor participation, offer acceptance, timely investor funding and payment-partner requirements.
Payment timing depends on completed approvals, investor funding, funds availability, the payment rail and the payment partner’s processing requirements. Invoice upload or offer acceptance does not mean funds are immediately available in the supplier’s bank account.
Settavio provides technology and transaction coordination. Customer transaction funds move through independent third-party financial and payment partners rather than being held by Settavio.
Buyers provide banking information during onboarding and authorize scheduled ACH debits. Repayments follow the buyer-confirmed schedule, using the agreed dates and amounts. Successful collection remains subject to bank processing and available funds.
Investors can review eligible invoice details, the buyer-confirmed repayment schedule and available buyer credit information. Applicable insurance information is presented where available. Information availability and freshness depend on the relevant source and completed checks.
No. Any available coverage is subject to the insurer’s approval, policy terms, limits, exclusions and claims requirements. Insurance does not guarantee that every loss will be covered or that repayment will occur on schedule.
Integration requirements can be discussed during onboarding. Supported connections and implementation scope depend on the system and available interfaces. A named accounting or ERP integration is confirmed separately before it is represented as available.
